All of the bowling balls were gouged up and child size, tables by the lanes were a mess with dirty plates still there... honestly wasn't expecting to much but it really aggravated me when returning the shoes, the lady working at the pitch dark counter gave me someone else's ID. I assumed she matched the picture to my face and went with it because it was dark and I couldn't see well. Next day I had a WTF moment when I saw the drivers license of a black man(myself being unmistakablely white) that looks nothing like me. Drove 30minuets back to the mall, thank god they still had my license. Security brings it out to me and immediately turned and left without even a basic apology for the incident... easy way to loose my businessJanuary 22, 2017
