  Waited 40 mins for food just to discover that our silverware had not been washed. Pieces of napkins and food were still present. Our waitress was amazing, I think the pay at the table app can make your experience not as personable. We went on a Thursday, it wasn't to busy. There was no need for this type of experience. Our waitress was great and apologized multiple times for someone else mistakes and the manager was pretty nonchalant about the scenario like he was use to complaints.

  First was told I could not sit where I was. No is that ok or do you mind. It was the exact table but on the other side of the bar. I waited so long I for got that I had not ordered food yet. Now waiting forever for some damn wings. Good customer service is surely hatd to find these days. I dont care about price being reasonable if the service sucks what good is it.
