  Arrived and there were only 5 people at the bar. No on sitting at high top tables. All the waiters standing around by the bar chatting. I asked HR manager if the area was open to sit since we had been there for 9 mins and no one came by to bring menus. He said yeah someone should be by and then started talking to one of the other servers. Another 6 mins and I started to get up and leave then the waitress came. I ordered an 2 appetizers and 2 kids meals at the same time as drinks. After that we never saw our waitress again. Someone else brought our drinks and someone else brought the food. After our food came Never had anyone to return to ask if we needed refills or if our food was even right. One of the appetizers was missing topping but my daughter was hungry and couldn't wait any longer for someone to come so she began eating. The kids meals fries were cold but the boys didn't mind they wanted the chicken more than the fries. After being here an hour no refills and someone else brought us the check smh. No tip for the disappearing waitress. As we are leaving she finally appears and asked did we get the check. I won't be back to this location. The drive to Matthews location or uptown is most definitely worth it compared to here

  Food is ok, overpriced and the service is always slow... don't go there hungry or without a lot of $$$ for a little meal.
